Program Description

When you contact Loch Monster Electric by phone, submit a service request form on our website, or respond to one of our ads, we may text you about the service you requested. Messages are one-to-one and conversational, and may include:

• Requests for photos of the job site so we can prepare an accurate quote
• A secure link to an intake form for providing job details and photos
• Scheduling and appointment coordination
• Replies to your questions about your project

We do not send recurring subscription or promotional message campaigns under these terms.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service request. Typically you will receive a small number of messages relating to each request—for example, a photo request, a scheduling confirmation, and replies to anything you ask us.

Opting Out and Getting Help

• To stop receiving messages: reply STOP at any time. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your service request—we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers
